跨界長笛家，策展人，教育工作者、廣播製作主持人

具備深厚的古典音樂訓練與跨域演奏實力，林姿瑩是一位活躍於國際舞台的長笛演奏家、策展人、教育工作者與廣播節目製作主持人。畢業於國立臺北藝術大學音樂系及音樂研究所，並於美國德州大學奧斯汀分校取得音樂藝術博士（DM.A）學位，師承牛效華、樊曼儂、劉慧謹及奧斯汀交響樂團首席 Karl F. Kraber 等名師。求學期間屢獲全國性音樂比賽獎項，留學美國時更因卓越表現獲得 Fondren、Mary A. Seller-Yantis、Laura Duncan Trim 等重要音樂獎學金肯定。

作為演奏家，她以多元音樂風格與跨域合作見長，長年深耕拉丁美洲音樂與巴西咻樂（Choro）研究。2010 年創立臺灣首支咻樂樂團《咻樂風 ChoroFun》與跨藝團隊《後台 BackStage》，演出足跡遍及美國、奧地利、俄羅斯、西班牙、日本、巴西、印尼、英國、祕魯與中國。長年作為美國長笛協會會員（National Flute Association），亦曾任該協會亞洲區親善大使，並曾受邀擔任擔任拉丁美洲國際長笛大賽評審，致力推動國際文化交流與現代跨域表演美學。

在媒體領域，自 2012 年起擔任 IC 之音竹科廣播特約節目製作與主持人。其節目《笛思林夢想之樹》以清新且具深度的風格廣受國內外華語聽眾喜愛，並多次入圍廣播金鐘獎，包括 2017 年「非流行音樂節目獎」、「非流行音樂節目主持人獎」，以及 2019 年「類型音樂節目主持人獎」。

作為教育工作者與制度創新者，她致力推動以跨域整合、田野實作與科技應用為核心的音樂教育改革。 2003 年自美返台任教於中原大學起，多次獲教學優良教師，並創設「數位音樂學程」與「學士後數位音樂應用學位學程」。2015 年起任職於國立臺北藝術大學，主責創設二年制「學士後跨藝合創音樂學士學位學程」（IMPACT學程，2016–2022），並於 2021 年推動轉型為四年制「音樂與影像跨域學士學位學程」（MIT 學程），建構與現有高等教育體系不同的當代音樂教育模組，推動連結音樂科技的「音樂編創× 聲音設計×錄音製作×風格演繹」的專業核心教學內容，奠定台灣與國際接軌的重要基礎。

近年主持多項國家級計畫，聚焦「田野踏查、場域實作、科技整合、跨域協作、社會參與」等面向，深耕文化部流行音樂人才培訓、教育部創新創業教育、智慧跨域人才培育聯盟、藝術與美感教育、大學社會責任（USR）、藝術永續教育生態圈、科技藝術跨域等研究。亦擔任多項政府與學術計畫評審，其創新的音樂跨域教育方案，曾受邀於國內外進行學術與藝術教育的研討分享並深受肯定，近年透過「藝術永續生態圈」概念策劃的與在地社區共創的跨域展演，成為融合藝術社會實踐的沉浸式跨藝創演典範。

曾任北藝大研發長（2018–2022），現為國立臺北藝術大學「音樂與影像跨域學士學位學程 (MIT Program)」專任副教授兼學程主任，持續以演奏、策展、教學與跨藝創演領域深耕，連結更多人與、土地和生命。

Transdisciplinary Flutist · Curator · Educator · Broadcast Producer & Presenter

With a profound foundation in classical music training and extensive transdisciplinary performance expertise, Jennie Lin is an internationally active flutist, curator, educator, and broadcast producer-presenter. She graduated from the Department of Music and the Graduate Institute of Music at Taipei National University of the Arts, and later earned her Doctor of Musical Arts (D.M.A.) degree from the University of Texas at Austin, studying under distinguished mentors including Niu Hsiao-Hua, Fan Man-Nong, Liu Hui-Chin, and Karl F. Kraber, principal flutist of the Austin Symphony Orchestra. During her academic journey, she garnered numerous national competition awards in Taiwan and, while pursuing advanced studies in the United States, was further recognized with prestigious scholarships such as the Fondren, Mary A. Seller-Yantis, and Laura Duncan Trim awards.

As a performer, Lin is acclaimed for her versatility across diverse musical styles and her commitment to cross-disciplinary collaboration. Her long-standing research focuses on Latin American music and Brazilian Choro. In 2010, she founded Taiwan’s first Choro ensemble, ChoroFun, as well as the cross-arts collective BackStage, with performances spanning the United States, Austria, Russia, Spain, Japan, Brazil, Indonesia, the United Kingdom, Peru, and China. A long-time member of the National Flute Association (NFA), she has served as the Association’s Goodwill Ambassador for Asia and was invited to adjudicate at the Latin American International Flute Competition, advancing intercultural exchange and contemporary aesthetics of cross-disciplinary performance.

In the field of media, since 2012 Lin has been a producer and presenter for IC Voice Radio in Taiwan’s Hsinchu Science Park. Her program Jennie's Flute Forest has been widely appreciated by Mandarin-speaking audiences worldwide for its refreshing yet intellectually engaging style. The program has been nominated multiple times for Taiwan’s Golden Bell Awards, including the 2017 “Non-Pop Music Program Award” and “Non-Pop Music Program Host Award,” as well as the 2019 “Genre Music Program Host Award.”

As an educator and institutional innovator, Lin has dedicated herself to reforming music education through cross-disciplinary integration, field-based practice, and technological application. Since returning to Taiwan in 2003 to teach at Chung Yuan Christian University, she has been recognized multiple times as an Outstanding Teacher and established both the “Digital Music Program” and the “Post-Baccalaureate Program in Digital Music Applications.” In 2015, she joined Taipei National University of the Arts, where she spearheaded the creation of the two-year IMPACT Program (Interdisciplinary Music Production and Creative Technology, 2016–2022). In 2021, she further advanced its transformation into the four-year MIT Program (Music and Interdisciplinary Technology), constructing a contemporary educational model distinct from conventional higher education. This program integrates “music composition, sound design, recording production, and stylistic interpretation” into a cohesive curriculum, laying a vital foundation for Taiwan’s music education to connect with global standards.

In recent years, Lin has directed multiple national-level projects emphasizing five dimensions: field research, site-specific practice, technological integration, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and social engagement. Her work encompasses initiatives such as the Ministry of Culture’s Popular Music Talent Development Program, the Ministry of Education’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education, the Smart Cross-disciplinary Talent Alliance, Arts and Aesthetic Education, University Social Responsibility (USR), the Arts Sustainability Ecosystem, and Technology-Art Interdisciplinary Research. She has also served as a reviewer for numerous governmental and academic projects and has been invited to present her innovative approaches to music education and cross-disciplinary collaboration at international conferences. Her recent project, the Arts Sustainability Ecosystem, exemplifies immersive cross-arts creation through community co-creation and interdisciplinary performance, serving as a model of integrating artistic practice with social engagement.

Lin previously served as Director of Research and Development at Taipei National University of the Arts (2018–2022). She is currently Associate Professor and Program Director of the MIT Program at TNUA, continuing to advance performance, curation, pedagogy, and cross-disciplinary creation—using art as a medium to connect people, communities, and life itself.

全新的巴西咻樂(choro)音樂團體｢咻樂風｣絕對是值得被追蹤的團隊。團員皆為專業古典與爵士音樂家，由長笛家林姿瑩為首的團隊，包含小吉他手增田正治、七弦吉他手彭書禹、巴西鈴鼓林偉中等人的演出極具感染力。到底是巴西熱情音樂，還是他們熱情，或許兩者都有，風靡全場觀眾。音樂質感高，雖然對現場氛圍掌握慢熱，卻在第四首曲子後開始放開懷，帶起滿座觀眾的情緒沸騰。演出中加入的現場音效互動與咻樂寶寶的即興影像互動，是亮點。但沒有它們，咻樂風就已經是淋漓盡致的飽滿演出了。
